PRODUCT FEATURES

Expositor composed of the following fondues and butters:
Fondue with black truffle: Cheeses 50% (table cheeses, fontina P.D.O 20%), water, cream, summer truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.) 3%, cornstarch, egg yolk, melting salt: sodium citrate, preservative: sorbic acid, flavorings.
Fondue with "Müller Thurgau Vallée d'Aoste A.O.P.": Cheeses 50% (table cheeses 30%, fontina P.D.O 25%), water, "Müller Thurgau Vallée d'Aoste A.O.P." 10%, cream, cornstarch, egg yolk, melting salt: sodium citrate, preservative: sorbic acid.
Spreadable cream of "Fontina P.D.O.": Fontina P.D.O. 55%, water, cream, melting salt: sodium citrate, cornstarch, egg yolk,  preservative: sorbic acid.
Clarified butter with truffle: Aosta Valley butter, summer truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.) 3%, flavorings. LACTOSE FREE product.

Cream of 4 cheeses: Cheeses 50% (Gorgonzola P.D.O., table cheese, fontina P.D.O., parmigiano P.D.O.), water, cream, cornstarch, egg yolk, melting salt: sodium citrate, preservative: sorbic acid.

Store in a cold and dry place.
Once opened, keep refrigerated at a temperature between +2/+6°C and consume within 3 days.
To be enjoyed hot during a convivial dinner with croutons or with vol au vent, but also excellent as a condiment for fabulous first courses and to whisk risotto.
It can also accompany meat-based main courses or simply to embellish original appetizers.
Lactose-free clarified butter is perfect for cooking and has a high smoke point. It does not blacken in the pan.
